Kitchen & dining
Reachable benching, accessible appliances and clear circulation, so making your own lunch is genuinely possible rather than theoretically allowed.
SDA & SIL homes
Anne’s Angels delivers the Supported Independent Living supports inside purpose-built Specialist Disability Accommodation. Homes built to NDIS SDA Design Standards, with a shared Community Room downstairs and support available on site.
250 Spring Street
A full kitchen, lounge and dining space on the ground floor of our newest home - a genuine social space, not a corridor with a couch in it.
Residents use it for shared meals, birthdays, movie afternoons, visits from family and - just as often - sitting in quiet company with someone else in the room.
It exists because isolation is the health risk nobody funds directly. Building somewhere worth walking or rolling downstairs to is the cheapest intervention we know of.
Full accessible kitchen
Lounge & dining seating
Level access from all units
Available to all residents

Room by room
These are photographs of our own properties, not a builder's render.

Reachable benching, accessible appliances and clear circulation, so making your own lunch is genuinely possible rather than theoretically allowed.

Roll-in showers, fold-down seating, grab rails and enough space to turn a powerchair without a three-point manoeuvre.

Wide corridors, wide doorways and level thresholds throughout. No steps, no lips, nothing to plan around.

Space for equipment, reinforced ceilings ready for hoists where they are needed, and room to make it look like yours.

Common areas designed for people to actually gather in, not corridors with a sofa parked at one end.

Level paths and wide, accessible routes - getting out the front door and into the community matters as much as the rooms.

Looking for a place now?
Tell us your SDA category, your support needs and where you want to live. If we have nothing suitable we will say so and point you somewhere that might.
Support inside our homes is delivered by our own team, not an outside provider you bring in. Here is how SDA and SIL work together.
No forms to fight through, no waiting list you never hear back from. One conversation, about twenty minutes, and you will know exactly whether we can help - and what it would look like if we did.
