Support Coordination

An NDIS plan is a budget, a vocabulary and a filing system pretending to be a document. Support coordination is having someone in your corner who reads it fluently.

Funded under Capacity Building - Support Coordination.

What this actually means

We help you turn line items into a life: understanding what each budget can and cannot be used for, finding providers who are genuinely available and genuinely good, making the calls, setting up service agreements, and following up when things stall.

We also watch the numbers. One of the most common and most preventable problems in the scheme is a participant reaching month ten with two-thirds of their funding unspent - or a third of it spent by month four. We track utilisation and flag it early, while there is still time to do something about it.

When your plan comes up for review, we help you prepare properly: gathering evidence, articulating goals, and making sure the plan you get next reflects the life you are actually trying to build.

Because we are also a support provider, we are careful about conflict of interest. We will tell you plainly when another provider is the better fit, and we document choice and control at every step. Your coordinator's job is your outcome, not our roster.
