Assistance with Self-Care

Our workers are trained to support personal care in a way that keeps you in charge of it: your routine, your order of doing things, your pace, your preferences about who provides it.

We will not rush you through a shower to make a roster work. Where a task takes the time it takes, that is the time we allocate.

Support can be scheduled morning, evening or both, and can be combined with in-home support so one worker covers the whole visit rather than a rotating cast.

Consistency matters enormously here. We work hard to keep the same small team with you, and to introduce anyone new properly before their first shift alone.
