Service 02

In-Home Support

Most people do not want to be looked after. They want the two or three things that have become hard to be made easy again, so the rest of the day belongs to them.

Funded under Core Supports - Assistance with Daily Life.

What this actually means

That is what in-home support is for. It might be a couple of hours on a Tuesday or a presence across the week. It might be cooking together rather than cooking for you - because the point is usually the doing, not the done.

We take the time to learn how your household actually runs before we change anything in it. Which cupboard the mugs live in. Which days the bins go out. Whether you would rather chat or have the radio on. Small things, but they are the difference between a service and a support worker you are glad to see.

Support is built around your goals and reviewed as they shift. If something is not working - the timing, the task, the person - we would rather you told us early, and we will change it.

Our services are available to NDIS participants and to private clients. You do not need an NDIS plan to work with us.

With you at the shops, or on your behalf when that suits better.

Tell us what a good week looks like.
We’ll work backwards from there.

No forms to fight through, no waiting list you never hear back from. One conversation, about twenty minutes, and you will know exactly whether we can help - and what it would look like if we did.
